The CEO and Founder of Matologi, Piotr Zaleski was started the professional kitchen since 1999 with speciality in Korean and Japanese Cuisine. Chef Piotr Zaleski also successfully developed several restaurant in Poland and Norway. In 2022 he started Matologi with the street food concept in Olavstorget -Trondheim. Now together with the Co Owner- Excecutive Chef Rizka Budiman they are embracing the full meaning of food culture journey, savoring the true essence, textures, and flavors to discover new Asian Nordic Cuisine with Street Food Concept.

Matologi is thrilled to announce our incredible victory in both the People´s Choice and Judge´s categories at the recent festival in Norway 2023. In our very first entry, we emerged as champions, and we are beyond honored. We´re excited to share that we´ve been selected to represent Norway at the European Street Food Awards Grand Finale 2023 in Saarbrücken – Germany. This Achievement wouldn´t have been possible without the support of our amazing costumers and dedicated employees.
